Operator on HA41PX-NT to reach to the top of a structure

Led by Haulotte’s Malaysian dealer, PMB Quick Access Scaffolds Sdn Bhd, Haulotte machines, HA41PX-NT and HA32PX, play a part on one of Johor Bahru’s major construction projects, Pengerang Rapid Project - a focus on oil and gas projects, arising from the Economic Transformation Programme to create a more dynamic and progressive oil and gas industry in Malaysia.

The machines are used to assist operators to reach to the top of structures for works and also to go over other machinery and obstacles on the ground.

With outstanding rough terrain driving features, the 4 wheel drive and steer HA41PX-NT provides the optimal productivity and up to 3 simultaneous and proportional movements. The machine provides a working height of 41.5m a maximum horizontal outreach of 19.8m with continuous outreach control. It has a lifting capacity of up to 230kg and it has a length and height of 11m and 3.7m respectively when transported.

HA32PX provides a working height of 31.8m and 21.8m horizontal outreach with 250kg of load capacity (maximum 3 pax). Giving its optimal productivity and unrestricted working envelope, the HA32PX has an articulation point of more than 11m and is the only machine of this height able to reach a point behind an obstacle and that gives the tightest turning radius, giving operators full proportional controls and simultaneous boom functions.

Allowing 38cm of ground clearance, the HA32PX adopts rough terrain conditions and allows easier access to the most congested areas; its oscillating axle and hydraulic differential lock system give exceptional all-terrain performance with a 45% gradeability. The machine is a 4 wheel drive and steer and it is known for its best manoeuvrability and its most compact chassis allowing only 8.90m of transport length.

The Pengerang Rapid Project is expected to be completed by 2019.
