On September 14 and 15, Haulotte organized a customer event at its H3 headquarters that welcomed nearly 130 customers from all over the world. A tailor-made event, designed to make the guests feel at home!
What better setting than the Group’s brand new headquarters: H3 became «the place to be» for 2 days! A great opportunity for international clients to discover the place.
«We wanted to organize our first major post-pandemic customer event at H3. First of all, because many of our clients have not yet been welcomed, and for the last 2 years we have not had the opportunity to share a real immersive experience with our key accounts», said the members of the Executive Committee (Alexandre Saubot - CEO, Stéphane Hubert - CSO, Patrice Métaire - COO Industry, Sébastien Martineau - CFO, Philippe NOBLET - Co-Proate Secretary, Carlos Hernandez - MD Americas, Patrick Murris - MD Europe and Damien Gautier - MD APAC).
«Using the «Welcome Home» theme, we wanted to make this event a time for sociability and interaction with our customers to strengthen the relationships we all have with each other», says Caroline Prost, operational marketing manager, in charge of organizing the event.
The format of the event, divided into several «experiential» workshops, allowed Haulotte experts to present new products and solutions, the latest innovations, and also to share the Group’s vision for the future, with a clear objective: to demonstrate the Group’s ability to be a forerunner in a constantly evolving market and to recall its commitment to the values of partnership with its customers.
A team of more than 40 people worked on the «Welcome Home» concept for several months to make it a memorable event for the guests of Haulotte Group and its 21 subsidiaries.
The team at the head of this project also wanted to make this event a showcase of the Group’s ESG commitments, in partnership with the service providers who assisted them in this organization. Every effort was made to offer a local kitchen that favored local producers, a choice of technical services with the most local companies possible, and recyclable equipment and materials whenever possible.
OPEN-UP «WELCOME HOME» was a new opportunity to share the values of RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY and PERFORMANCE and to show the strength of COLLABORATIVE.
