Adjacent to these 3 buildings, a huge 2 500 m² covered space is dedicated to innovation and prototypes to develop the equipment and services of tomorrow. This space also houses a showroom to showcase the Group’s know-how and host events for Haulotte’s customers and employees. Patrice Métairie, the Group’s C.O.O. (Industry), in charge of this major project emphasises: «Architecture and the work environment strongly influence our ways of working and collaborating, but also our creativity and commitment, and therefore our collective performance. It is to meet these challenges, and in line with our values, that the H3 working environment was designed and created by our employees, for our employees».
Indeed, the group’s new emblem would not have seen the light of day without the fruit of the collaborative work of 130 people on committees such as: the catering area, decoration, the names of the buildings and work spaces, and the organization of the group’s various departments within the 3 buildings, with the main objective: quality of life at work and collective performance.
H3 is really smart-building!
